Payment guide

Buy & pay with Bitcoin

Follow this guide while you check out: get BTC (Cash App works well), then send the exact amount to our BTCPay invoice. No Arail account required.

Part 1

Buy Bitcoin on Cash App

If you already hold BTC in another wallet, skip ahead to sending. Cash App is a straightforward option for first-time buyers.

  1. Open Cash App and go to the Money tab (bank icon or your balance).

  2. Choose Buy bitcoin (or Bitcoin if you already hold some).

  3. Tap Buy and enter the dollar amount you need for your order — leave a little room for network fees.

  4. Review the purchase details, confirm, then tap Done.

Part 2

Send Bitcoin to your Arail invoice

Use the address and amount shown on BTCPay — not a screenshot from earlier. Stay on the invoice page until payment confirms.

  1. Keep your Arail BTCPay invoice open — you’ll need the address and the exact BTC amount shown.

  2. In Cash App, open the Money tab and select Bitcoin.

  3. Tap Send or receive, then choose Send bitcoin.

  4. Enter the exact BTC amount from the invoice (copy-paste). Sending the wrong amount can delay automatic confirmation.

  5. Paste the Bitcoin address from BTCPay. Double-check every character — transfers can’t be reversed.

  6. Pick a withdrawal speed (faster options cost more). Confirm the details, enter your Cash PIN, and send.

  7. Wait for network confirmation. Cash App will notify you when it lands; BTCPay will mark the order paid once it sees the payment.

Before you send

Quick checks that prevent most payment delays.

  • Verify your Cash App identity first

Bitcoin buy/send usually needs ID verification (name, DOB, SSN last four, and a government ID) before those features unlock.

  • Match the invoice amount exactly

Paste the BTC amount from BTCPay — don’t round. Conversion mismatches can leave the invoice unpaid until support reviews it.

  • Fees and speed trade off

Cash App charges more for faster withdrawals. If you’re not in a rush, a slower option is usually cheaper — just finish before the invoice timer expires.

  • Stuck or pending?

Confirm the address, check your Cash App Bitcoin limits (Profile → Cash Support → search “Limits”), and allow time for the speed you chose.

Secure gateway

BTCPay Server — no third-party payment processors.

Pay directly in BTC at checkout.

Other wallets

Prefer Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, or Bitcoin.com? Buy there, then send to the same BTCPay address and amount. Always paste values from the live invoice — rates are locked only for that payment window.
